  Bought this shoes from a salesperson named Steve. As shown on pic, it had a blue paint on the side. When I pointed this out, Steve told me the paint marker on a shoe is not considered a defect but was nice enough to bring another pair of shoes to show me what real defect looked like.
  
  We tried cleaning the spot but we couldn't get it off. Asked him to clean it but he said he doesn't do that.
  
  He failed to check for another store for an alternate, did not offer to ship a new pair to home and did not offer any discounts on a defective item.
  
  He was Just in for the commission and that is not a type of service I expect from a department store.
  
  When he tried to ring up the shoes, I told him I wanted to be rang up with a different salesperson because I didnt want him making any money off if it and obviously this upset him.
  
  Macy is a great store and I know this isn't the case with all their employees but wanted to bring this incident to attention so others don't expeirence what I experienced with this salesperson named Steve.
