  I'm going to try to be as subjective as possible.
  I went in for a flat I thought maybe they would diagnose it and suggest a few things before just going to work. but no two minutes into being their my tire was off and tube being checked for holes, no price was discussed nor advertised anywhere. the worker said I had no holes and went to the back.... while the manager or i assume owner showed me some pumps I had a question on.... upselling me to a 50.00 pump stating the reason it was easy to use on all types of stems, i walked around a little and asked him if this lower priced one did the same thing .... he said a quiet yes, two seconds later i find a 12.00 pump with the same exact capability again i ask and he answer truthfully but in a shy manor .... yes.
  
  then he goes on to do the SAME THING with the hand pumps selling me a 50.00 hand pump when the 12.00 foot pump or the 20.00 other hand pump did the same thing.... i was tired of it.....
  
  so when i go to get my bike he says ... okay thats 22.... something.... i ask why he says " 10.00 for labor, 7.00 for a new inner tube, and 1.50 for a gauge YOU needed" I never asked for the gauge, and i remember the worker telling me he didn't need a new inner tube so i questioned, the manager goes to the back and comes back with a quick 'YES he did' (about the tube) in a matter of 3 minutes i was charged 22... something FOR NOTHING AT ALL.......
  
  if you need anything done take the time to go to DUKES or FULLERTON BIKES or ORDER ONLINE AND LEARN THROUGH A YOUTUBE VIDEO .... THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF
