  I had a raincheck for 12 boxes of Double Chocolate Krave at the sale price a month or two ago. At the same time I came in to use the R.C. I was told they don't carry that anymore just Chocolate Krave but would order me a case of Double Chocolate. Was told to come in the following Monday to pick it up and was not there. Came back two days later, same thing. Another couple days later the same thing. 1 1/2 weeks it looked like it was finally there. We'll, it was but not the Double Chocolate, just the regular one. The Guy at the check stand said he would make sure it was ordered correctly this time. So I came back the following Monday and started the shenanigans all over again. At tho point my Raincheck had expired. They Did renew it for another month. So now I'm still waiting like last time and it never comes in. They have me every excuse in the book. After talking to the Manager on Duty (Forgot her name) She assured me She would order it from a different store who carries that particular cereal...... Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha on me. It's now "3" weeks later and I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THAT LADY!!!!!#!!!! I've been a loyal customer for decades and Vons Employees can't even keep a promise to a customer??!!! VONS BREA IS A JOKE, I'M GOING TO TRY THE ONE ON BEACH TODAY IN LA HABRA.

  Vons is a small community market classically stocked to suit the affluent population. Fruit selections are on the west side of the store. Hi to beautiful Manager Darlene H. and was a delight to chat with Gerda.
  
  Nick in the floral department was congenial and personally took the time to share his work experience. Day before Valentines the store smelled, looked and was full of roses. Good job Nick (posted my gift). Grateful.
  
  If it's a party or small gathering you can find the department---East side and they stock brands of wine packaged in glass wine bottles not cardboard box with bag o wine within.

  Went there for a floral arrangement and the florist was not in yet. A premade arrangement had some wilted flowers in it and it needed to be fixed up a bit. Waited a few minutes and then the manager went to great lengths to get me what I needed even though the florist wasn't available. She even discounted it since I had to wait. Great service! Thanks!
