  Do not let Dr Alexandroni near your teeth! All of the work that she has done on my family's teeth was badly botched and required correction from other dentists. She tells you that you urgently need work done that isn't even necessary. And on top of that she is expensive and makes you sit around all day in her office before she gets to you (often requiring additional doses of novocaine). Stay away from her office!
