  When in today (06/26/2017) around noon, to discuss alternatives for a lost phone under warranty...was informed by the store manager and one of their stores associates that they couldn't help me. As a matter of fact, they advised that I would need to file a claim either online or via telephone...but they were super nice to try to lure me in into getting a new line for $20.00, so my monthly payment will go down...this is after the fact, they noticed it was a corporate account...With several phones and with several tablets... Wait it gets worse they not only attempted to lure me into the shark bloody water; but they had the nerve to ask me that they can lower my monthly payments if I sign up with AT&T/Direct TV...wow AT&T has really lost it... For pushing their store manager and their store associates to get that commission...
