  I have been a Champion customer for a few years now, and I had purchased a maintenance contract. Today, Kenny Neyra had performed the maintenance on my furnace. I was so happy to see him, because Kenny had performed the maintenance on my a/c last year. Kenny is knowledgeable, and explains in detail how my system works, and showed me how to maintain the system and save money at the same time. He is thorough and does not cut corners to save time. I'm so impressed with this young man. Kenny is a definite asset to the Service Champions family. I would also like to mention that the entire staff, including the office staff is friendly, and helpful. The service at Service Champions provides 100% customer service satisfaction. Thank you Kenny for all your help.

  My A/C compressor stopped working on Monday, 4/09/18. I called Service Champions and they promptly scheduled an appointment with me for the next day (Tuesday, 4/10). The customer service person (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, Max the service technician who arrived on Tuesday at the beginning of the 2 hour window (so very on time!) was great! He was very kind, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, did great work, and efficient. Service Champions also did some extensive duct work for my heater and A/C units about 5 yrs ago and again did great work, were professional, fair, diligent, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
